Amazing breakfast with freshly baked cakes was a nice touch. The hotel's position was comfortable, so close to potentially getting ripped off, restaurants and a supermarket and a supermarket.

The room was reasonably spacious with an excellent bed included. The location was favourable and walking distance to gardens and a harbor. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were amicable and excellent...

The room was spotless with an excellent bed and the staff affable and excellent. The location was amazing and fantastic, really close to harbour area, the buses, and airport in Rome. And it was at a walking distance from Votre Rendez Vous, ate there couple of times.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee and tea making facilities, a multi-channel TV, and a study table inside the room. The breakfast was amazing with freshly baked cakes, you will not be disappointed😃

double room was well-designed and new-fashioned with an excellent bed. the location was fantastic and stunning for traveling around fiumicino, close enough to transport. sometimes i visited te pio a pizze in the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, being very close to the airport. It was so convenient to have a pick-up service available, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. we appreciated the fact that there were dining options within walking distance, such as a nearby pizza place and grocery store. This made it easy for us to grab a quick bite to eat without having to venture too far.

The staff were affable and gentle too. The location was fantastic and amazing, for example, Torre Niccolina was relatively near the hotel. This property was set in a beautiful area.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B conveniently located near the airport. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner, Ketty, was incredibly helpful, providing flexible transportation and going above and beyond for my dietary restrictions. The breakfast, although a bit bland, had a good variety of options. I highly recommend B&B L'Ulivo for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
